Don't know if you're still having the same problem but if so, you're in luck. I have the same tablet, what I did to restore mine was to download livesuit to flash a recovery image onto your device. Of course everything will be deleted but once you're back into your tablet you can put all your apps back on &/or your custom rom. I was able to get CM10 onto mine running very smoothly so I recommend iit. Anyway, use the recovery image for the ly-f1 tablet.
