Cannondale Super Fatty Headshok Manualidades

Thanks., I *think* that's it. (This rebuild is starting to look awfully expensive.) I've e-mailed MendonCycle who will likely know. When I find out, I'll post here for future reference. ___________ In the meantime, another problem: the adjuster knob on this Fatty SL is missing (this is the thin, 'pancake' knob with set screw in the side). Apparently it was a defective design, and a lot of them have broken (cracked by the pressure of the set-screw), and no replacements are available. However, apparently, someone makes (or used to make) an aluminum replacement, but I can't GOOGLE it up (this is NOT the style available on e-bay, which is secured with a vertical bolt in the canter of the cap).

Anyone know of a source for these, or at least who the manufacturer was?
